Engineering precision therapies for chronic disease
We aim to change the course of serious chronic disease with precision-engineered medicines designed around patient need, disease biology, and the real-world settings where care happens.
Our lead program is focused on non-CF bronchiectasis (NCFB) — a severe and progressive respiratory disease with no approved therapy to reduce the chronic Pseudomonas burden driving exacerbations and disease progression. NCFB affects more than 2 million people worldwide, and hundreds of thousands carry a chronic Pseudomonas burden that drives worse outcomes and higher healthcare costs.
Our lead program, Rev-56, is a first-in-class inhaled precision therapy that is entering Phase 1 clinical development in 2026 — purpose-built for NCFB and the demands of inhaled delivery at the site of disease.
Rev-56 anchors a focused pipeline, with selective expansion into other chronic and recurrent conditions over time — rooted in the same disciplined, biology-driven design as our lead program.
The Revagenix team brings deep, hands-on experience advancing fit-for-market therapies across the full life cycle, from discovery through commercialization.
